What kind of items do you move?

Large, heavy, awkward and fragile single items — treadmills and gym equipment, sofas and furniture, marble and stone worktops, mirrors and glass, antiques, American fridge-freezers, and eBay or Facebook Marketplace collection-only buys. We specialise in the items parcel couriers refuse and general removers overcharge for.

How is the price worked out?

The price is fixed and all-in. It is calculated live from the item's size and weight, the road distance between collection and delivery, and the insurance value you declare (£5 per £1,000 of cover). There is a minimum charge of £129. The price you see is the price you pay.

How fast can you collect and deliver?

We run a scheduled route to every mainland UK postcode area on a fixed weekday. You pick a collection date on your area's route day and a delivery date on the destination's route day. Where the destination sits on the collection run's route home, we can often deliver the same day.

Are items insured in transit?

Yes. Every booking includes goods-in-transit cover up to the value you declare during booking. Declaring an accurate value makes sure you're fully covered.

Do you collect from eBay and Facebook Marketplace sellers?

Yes — collection-only listings are one of our core jobs. Enter the seller's postcode as the collection point and your address as the delivery point, and we unlock buys you couldn't otherwise get home.
